About us

Our Fund Source

Volunteer Pool

The BRIDGE Brigade, as we call our volunteers, pool in funds every month according to each person’s ability. We are inspired by what Etienne de Grellet has said: “I pass this way but once, any good that I can do or any kindness I can show to any human being, let me do it now. Let me not defer nor neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again.” Giving a share of our monthly income has become a way of life for us.

Fund-raising Programmes

BRIDGE undertakes various fund-raising activities that include Book publishing, Content writing, Exhibitions, etc. In 2017, the Trust formed a publishing division called BRIDGE Books and published its maiden book, ‘Dare to Dream‘ authored by one of its Partners Akshita Shibu. This book is an anecdotal journey into the life of Dr APJ Abdul Kalam. Priced at Rs 100, the entire proceeds from the sale of this book go towards the BRIDGE pool.

Outside Donations

We are open to receiving outside donations from like-minded persons. Our donors have informed us that our policy of passing on the entire contributions to the needy has inspired them as they are sure their hard-earned money would be entirely used for the needy. Passing on the entire contributions to the needy is like a credo for us. All expenses like travel, stationery, other allied costs are borne by our volunteers. This is what makes BRIDGE stand out.

CSR Activities for Corporates

BRIDGE takes up CSR activities in education field on behalf of companies. After a stringent study of our activities, Kotak Mahindra Bank has entrusted us a portion of its work in educational field. We are open to doing the same for other corporates in India.
